Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 2jay website, available at https://2jay.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by 2jay ("2jay", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2jay is an online betting and live casino information platform providing educational content, platform overviews, betting guides and responsible gambling resources primarily for users located in Pakistan. All content on this Platform is published in English and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing pages, viewing content, creating an account, placing a bet or participating in a promotion — you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
• You meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful, and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws;
• You understand that 2jay does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority and makes no claim of approval by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body.

Account Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account or continuing to use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 2jay reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
• Single Account: You will maintain only one personal Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Own Identity: All information provided during registration is accurate, current and belongs to you as the Account holder. Registration using another person's identity is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any related platform operated under the same brand.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Platform, including placing bets, depositing funds and claiming promotional offers, you are required to complete the registration process and create a personal Account.

5.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and contact number. You are required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — as part of the KYC verification process.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2jay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such unauthorised use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to notify 2jay immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.3 KYC Verification

2jay operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or during a periodic account review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in exceptional circumstances, closure of the Account.

Permitted Use of the Platform

6.1 Authorised Use

The Platform is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You are permitted to access, browse and use the Platform's features for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Use automated bots, scripts, crawlers or similar tools to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 2jay;
• Exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or latency in the Platform's odds display systems;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of systematic manipulation of the Platform's betting markets;
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, overload or impair the Platform's servers, systems or infrastructure;
• Misrepresent your identity, age or location to gain access to the Platform;
• Transfer, sell or assign your Account to any other person.

2jay reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of these prohibitions. Where a breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected, 2jay may suspend the Account, void associated bets and withhold funds pending investigation, without prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Currency

The Platform displays account balances, deposits, withdrawals and illustrative figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual transaction processing is subject to the operator's payment systems and any applicable currency conversion that may apply to certain payment methods.

7.2 Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-linked bank transfers, direct bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency wallets — is determined by the operator's current payment processor integrations. None of these payment providers endorse gambling, are affiliated with 2jay, or guarantee transaction support. Users must verify method availability in the live cashier before initiating any transaction.

7.3 Deposit Minimums

Minimum deposit thresholds, as may be updated from time to time, are displayed in the live cashier. Illustrative minimums referenced elsewhere on the Platform (such as PKR 1,000 or PKR 2,000) are examples only and may differ from current operational limits.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used, where applicable; and (d) compliance with the operator's AML and fraud prevention checks. Processing times vary and are not guaranteed by 2jay.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Illustrative Nature of Bonus Figures

All bonus amounts, percentage match rates, PKR figures, wagering requirements, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits displayed on the Platform (including on the homepage and promotions pages) are illustrative examples only, unless explicitly verified as current live operator offers. 8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game types, game contribution percentages and time limits are defined in the specific promotion's terms and conditions. For example, if a bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus, the total bets required would be PKR 1,50,000 — this is illustrative and not a live offer figure.

8.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum single bet limit typically applies. Stakes exceeding this limit during a live bonus may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable limit is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

2jay reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, exploitation of promotional errors or use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game type and event. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail in relation to that game or market.

9.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment; manifest errors in odds pricing (including technical errors, data feed failures or human input errors); late bets accepted after an event's official start time; and any other circumstances specified in the applicable market rules. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's account.

9.3 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 2jay does not guarantee that odds displayed at any given moment will remain available. 2jay reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds, irrespective of whether the bet has been confirmed.

9.4 Cricket and PSL-Specific Context

Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and T20 series — are among the most active on the Platform. Match results, player status changes and weather interruptions affecting these markets are governed by the standard cricket betting rules applicable to each market type. Users are encouraged to review specific market rules before placing live bets during matches at venues such as the Gaddafi Stadium (Lahore), Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium or the National Stadium (Karachi).

Responsible Gambling

2jay is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we recognise our duty of care to Users who may be at risk of gambling-related harm.

10.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off delay.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic session end notifications after a pre-set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be easily reversed. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a minimum cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, page layouts and software — is the property of 2jay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from 2jay;
• Use any content for commercial purposes or in a manner that competes with or undermines 2jay's business;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without authorisation.

The 2jay name, brand and logo are trade marks of 2jay. Unauthorised use of these trade marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

12.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 2jay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. 2jay does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content published on the Platform, including illustrative bonus figures, odds data or payment method availability information.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jay and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; gambling losses; delays in withdrawal processing; or reliance on illustrative content published on the Platform.

12.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain references to third-party services, payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) and external resources. 2jay does not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, policies or practices of any third party. References to these services are contextual and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

12.4 Gambling Losses

2jay accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users. Gambling is inherently risky. All betting and gaming activity is undertaken by Users at their own risk and financial responsibility.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by 2jay

2jay reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User has: breached these Terms; engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct; provided false registration information; engaged in multi-accounting; attempted to exploit technical errors; failed to satisfy KYC requirements; or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other Users.

13.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of an Account, any outstanding bonus funds (whether active or pending) may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed in accordance with the operator's withdrawal and compliance procedures. Where Account closure results from confirmed fraud or material breach, any associated winnings may be void and withheld pending investigation.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering commitments and the completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Real-money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method following successful processing.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jay is incorporated or from which the Platform is operated, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. 2jay does not provide legal advice regarding the application of Pakistani law to any individual's circumstances. Users in Pakistan access and use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

2jay reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, to request Account closure as set out in Section 13.3.

We recommend that you review these Terms each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of any updates. The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or dispute is the version that applies to that transaction or dispute.
